October updates to our ETF portfolios

Good morning,

September was a standout month for the Brown Technical Insights model portfolios. Both our models strongly outperformed their respective benchmarks and posted their best month of relative returns since November of last year.

It continues a hot streak for the portfolios, and pushes our twelve-month outperformance to the highest level since the models began in January 2023.

This month, consistent with a “cut losers, let winners ride” philosophy, we have just two trades in the models.
